Animal Angels

Approximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year. Of those, approximately 3.9 million are dogs and 3.4 million are cats. Each year, approximately 2.7 million animals are euthanized (1.2 million dogs and 1.4 million cats).

While there are many fantastic rescue organizations throughout the country, we are looking to work with the organizations that target two types of dogs that most often find themselves
in shelters.  Bully breeds (including Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Bulldogs, Mastiffs, and many combinations) and Chihuahuas are the two most euthanized breeds in the nation. Due to over breeding, backyard breeding, and loose laws governing spaying and neutering pets, shelters are flooded with these animals.

Our fundraising is meant to support rescue efforts in order to continue saving those in need. Donations will go towards boarding, vetting, medical injuries, training, and other costs involved in the rescue business.

There are hundreds of news stories that are published each year. Several stories below highlight both positive and negative stories about our four
legged friends. Please, don't sit by and do nothing. Let your voice be heard. We need to speak up for those who cannot. Every dollar counts!!
